Whether you’re here for a hospital stay, or to visit a family member or friend, we want your time at Memorial to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We offer many services to help you get around and stay in our facility.

Escort and Valet Services
Our Entrance Attendants help those in need with wheelchairs and vehicle parking. We also offer an escort service, the Red Coats, to transport patients within the medical center.
Cafeteria
While here, you can enjoy a snack or meal in our cafeteria, Miller Street Market. Patients can take advantage of our exceptional room service dining, and choose what they would like to eat, and when they’d like it served (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily).
Creating a Great Patient Experience
We have Patient/Customer Service Representatives to help patients and their families obtain solutions to problems by acting on their behalf. They handle requests and resolve difficulties that may occur during hospitalization or while obtaining outpatient tests or treatments. For more information, please call (217) 788-3497.

More that anything, we want to assure our guests that “It’s OK to Ask.” This program encourages our patients to ask questions when they’re not sure why something is being done.
